Graduation and Partnership Renewal: OU and Rouen Normandie University (France)

(OU News) – On June 10, 2023, Ho Chi Minh City Open University (OU) hosted a dual-purpose event: a Graduation Ceremony for 35 new bachelors and a formal signing of the joint training agreement with Rouen Normandie University (France), reaffirming its commitment to international educational standards.

With over 100 students trained to date, the program boasts an impressive employment rate, with over 90% of graduates securing jobs immediately. This success paved the way for the renewed partnership, focusing on sustainable innovation and high-quality human resource development.

Commemorating 50 Years of Vietnam-France Relations

Representing the French Consulate, Ms. Flora Canetti expressed her pride in the 35 new graduates. She noted that this partnership is a cornerstone of cultural and educational exchange, particularly as 2023 marks the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between France and Vietnam.
