3-YEAR PROGRAM

The International Bachelor’s program between Rouen Normandie University and HCM City Open University lasts 3 years (8 semesters), for students who have graduated from high school. The program is taught in English, combining theory and practice to help students develop professional skills and a global mindset.
Admission is based on academic records, requiring an average score of 16.5 and an IELTS 5.0 level or equivalent (an entrance exam is available if no certificate is held).
Graduates receive an international degree, opening opportunities to work at major enterprises and multinational organizations.

For HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS

DURATION: 3 YEARS – 8 SEMESTERS

ADMISSION METHOD: TRANSCRIPT REVIEW

(Credit exemption opportunities based on College/University transcripts)

Admission Criteria:

  1. Total average score of Group A, C, D in Grade 10, Grade 11, and Grade 12 is greater than or equal to 16.5

  2. Level 4 proficiency according to the 6-level Foreign Language Framework for Vietnam or equivalent

The program is taught in English, combining theory and practice to help students develop professional skills and a global mindset.
Admission is reviewed per individual profile, requiring IELTS 5.0 or equivalent (an entrance exam is available if no certificate is held).
Graduates receive an international degree, opening opportunities to work at major enterprises and multinational organizations.

For Graduates of Colleges or those currently enrolled in other Bachelor programs

DURATION: 1 YEAR – 2 SEMESTERS

ADMISSION METHOD: INDIVIDUAL PROFILE REVIEW
